Phoenix Displays guarantees all Hardware Components for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase against failure due to faulty materials or workmanship. We will either repair or replace any hardware covered by this warranty.
Phoenix Displays guarantees all Graphic Panels (including Banner or Panel Display Products) for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase, against failure due to faulty materials or workmanship. We will replace graphic panels covered by this warranty.
Phoenix Displays will cover freight charges within Australia on approved claims.
Defects that have arisen as a result of misuse or abuse are specifically excluded from warranty.
Phoenix Displays reserves the right to make determination of the validity
of any warranty claim.
